  • Managers and Supervisors: Managers and supervisors are responsible for creating an inclusive work environment within their teams, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, and addressing any concerns or issues related to discrimination or harassment.

  • Employees: All employees are responsible for treating their colleagues with respect, dignity, and professionalism, regardless of differences. They are encouraged to actively participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives and speak up if they witness or experience any form of discrimination or harassment.

 

Implementation and Review

This policy will be communicated to all employees upon hire and made available in our employee handbook and on our company intranet. It will be reviewed regularly by senior leadership to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to our organization's goals and values. Any updates or revisions to this policy will be communicated to all employees in a timely manner.
