Sexual Harassment, Bullying and Violence Policies

  • Reporting Procedure: Employees who experience or witness sexual harassment are encouraged to report it immediately to their supervisor, manager, HR department, or another designated individual. Reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, and appropriate corrective action will be taken.

  • Confidentiality: All reports of sexual harassment will be handled confidentially to the extent possible, consistent with a thorough investigation and legal obligations. Retaliation against individuals who report sexual harassment or participate in an investigation is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

  • Training and Education: Tradepower will provide training and education to all employees on preventing sexual harassment, recognizing inappropriate conduct, and responding to complaints. Training will be conducted regularly and tailored to the specific needs of different employee groups.

  • Consequences for Violations: Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Tradepower is committed to taking appropriate and effective corrective action to address instances of sexual harassment and prevent recurrence.

  • HR Department: The HR department is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy, providing training and education on preventing sexual harassment, and conducting thorough and impartial investigations into reports of sexual harassment.

  • Employees: All employees are responsible for familiarizing themselves with this policy, refraining from engaging in conduct that constitutes sexual harassment, and reporting any instances of sexual harassment they experience or witness.

This includes violence or threats of violence directed at employees, customers, visitors, or anyone else present on company premises or engaged in company-related activities.

  • Reporting Procedure: Employees who experience or witness workplace violence are encouraged to report it immediately to their supervisor, manager, HR department, or another designated individual. Reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, and appropriate corrective action will be taken.

  • Emergency Response: In the event of an immediate threat to the safety of employees or others, employees should follow established emergency procedures, such as contacting law enforcement or seeking assistance from security personnel.
